Website is adapted to laptop, computer users mainly, since I'm hearing daily from people all around the world: looking at smartscreens of smartphones, especially for prolonged periods of time, causing them discomfort, pain, and in a long run literally damaging their eye vision. I have experienced this myself just as well.

Why do we leave our bodies every night?
What do we do when we are away from our bodies?
And how can we remember where we have been?
Book by Litany Burns, 'Develop Your Psychic Abilities'

Dream interpreting is my lifelong passion.
May i tell you a few dreams related real, personal life events/experiences?
Will begin with my own personal dream, experienced 2022, Autumn.
Just Like That...in this dream I see a plant aloe vera. At the same time presence of my mother is felt, however, my mother is not there, she's not visible in an actual physical form/shape.
Third dream element- a message, written one, suddenly comes to my attention and I remember it most clearly once I woke up:
"You'll remember what's being said and you'll survive."
The relief felt upon waking was beyond words of description.
I simply knew- whatever happens, I will survive.
Not that i ever was desperate to.
By the way. aloe vera plant.
'The aloe vera plant has a long history of symbolism in many cultures. In ancient Egypt, it was a symbol of immortality and was believed to have mystical healing powers. In Hinduism, it is known as the “plant of immortality” and is believed to help connect people with their spiritual self. In Christianity, it is associated with purification and cleansing. In Buddhism, it is known as the “tree of life” and is believed to bring peace and harmony.'

My mother grows aloe vera, always grew it and most likely will do so in the future.
Dream nr2.
A very close relative, my own grandmother, after doing her best to find accidentally lost animal she was responsible for, one fine night dreams of the exact location of the animal. In the morning she, not taking the dream too seriously, just out of pure human curiosity, wonders to the place she dreamt about. Hey-ho. She finds the missing animal exactly where the dream has guided her.
Dream 3.
Even closer relative of mine, one night dreams of an accident- a car accident. The exact location of the accident and who's involved in it.
Just a few days later the accident she saw in her dream happens. It happens exactly the way the dream has shown her.
If the very very close relative of mine would have told the man- the driver,- about the dream she had, he would have not taken it seriously. Dreams to the man at that time was simply a joke, not worth any attention.
Knowing his attitude to dreams, also not considering her dream as an actual warning* at that time, my very very close relative did not say a single word to the man about the dream she had.
The man went on a planned trip and had the accident. He survived, but his health was severely damaged.
Many hours, days spent in bed, his own business he was running had to be put on hold. The man had suffered life long lasting consequences.
I will repeat: those are true, real life events, stories, experiences.
Dreams- messages... sent by those above/below- from any place imaginable, messages sent by gods, spirits,- call it any name you like.
Dream interpreting books, various other info sources say: dreams are the messages from your own inner Self.
"We also live in our dreams. We do not live only by day. Sometimes we accomplish our greatest deeds in dreams." Carl Gustav Jung

So what if your dream is trying to tell you something?
What if changing the so called bad dreams into...differently perceived, or, if you wish,- good! ones is actually possible?
So there we are...let's make a difference...
Suggestion::
Find a peaceful, comfortable environment(e.g. your home, your own bed)where you feel relaxed, but not entirely, as concentration and mental gymnastics are required...
So there...
Let's say last night or any time in past you've experienced a dream. Dream that you find, say, uncomfortable or that it simply brings you bad feelings when you focus on it.
Well done for remembering the dream still!
There was something, some things in that dream? Symbols, patterns, any people in it?
Example:
In a dream there was you, who sat on a chair, looked through window and saw a hurricane coming.
Now imagine you, yourself- as being those actual things, symbols, people, etc.
Next step would be developing a conversation.
With all those participating in your dream:
Chair, window, hurricane, yourself.
While imagining yourself being those dream particles-participants, talking as if you are it- yourself, also it is important to make them talk to each other. While you're being in a relaxed, observing state of mind.
Do whatever you can to find, to bring to light, since it is a 'bad' dream,- positives* while conversation is going on.
Once you manage to find positives while spending time being in this kind of dream talk, eventually you'll realise- seeing your waking life situations from various different angles, making changes in your waking life is possible too.
You'll be amazed what horizons will fly open to you during this kind of dream trip/talk/chat!
Take as much time as you need for it. Any time of the day will do.
Personally, afternoons works best for me, half an hour or so does the job perfectly.
You'll find what's best for you.
All this is shared here with you from my own and people I've met personally life experiences.
