this is home(page)
feel at home, yes, it's happening...
Website is adapted to laptop, computer users mainly, since I'm hearing daily from people all around the world: looking at smartscreens of smartphones, especially for prolonged periods of time, causing them discomfort, pain, and in a long run literally damaging their eye vision. I have experienced this myself just as well.

Finding solutions! to life problems?
What can be simpler.
I did it and so you can do it to. Being no technology expert, I struggled to put my laptop together yesterday evening. (One part came off)....
Today, after a good night's sleep) fixed my laptop- instantaniously!
How?... while breathing...
This is how it goes: lie down/sit down wherever is comfortable for you. I do it on the floor, for a few minutes only.
So there... lie down and breathe normally.
Then breath in as slowly as possible and as deeply as possible so that your lungs expand to the maximum.
Hold air in your lungs for as long as possible, and once you start to feel a bit uncomfortable, let the air out- as if you're lowering yourself down into a comfortable sofa.
Do not brief instantly in. Wait until you start feel somewhat uncomfortable. Then again take a deep long breath and hold the air in your lungs..
Breath this way as many times as you feel necessary. I do it 3 times in one sitting. Works like a charm!
Once I've 'recovered' after doing the deep&slow breathing, looked around and noticed: my laptop. And i noticed(heartbreakingly- painful to see it was)- the problem still there... i moved the laptop around, tried to fix it again....until the lightbulb moment- bingo!- a new thought in my mind,- happened.
I took a different, a 'path less traveled' approach. Turned the 'unrully' part around, instead of sideways or up or downd, to see what happens. Laptop was fixed, it became One! :)
If I can do it, so can you.
Good luck!

Numbers.
Numerology- they matter, apparently.
Observational skills, awareness- spatial, inner, outer...
Talking from my own personal experience and that of others: notice daily this- something, say, falls on the floor accidently... it might be spoons in your kitchen. Stop for a sec and count it- how many fell? Maybe it's 3. Later that day phone rings. How many times did it ring until you picked it up and answered? Maybe it's 3times. What time the phone rang? Maybe, just maybe, around 3pm in the afternoon.
Another day comes, suddenly you're thinking: I've changed my address lately. Now, if you think a little further...maybe, just maybe, your address right this moment, on this fine day like today- includes number 3? Same day or a few days later you're driving, cruising, floating along road nicely, almost effortlessly...now, hey-ho, since you've started the 'number game' recently, your eyes land exactly, say, here: number plate of a car in front or behind your car and... bingo!...it's numbers again and it's 333 or 303 or 003...or possibly 120 or 210 which come up to 3 when added together anyway...(1=2=0=3, 2=1=0=3.)
Now obviously, you'll notice other numbers or combinations of numbers too.. All around you and often. But it's the number that is most repetitive. Most often- into your face. And most of the time you're thinking or noticing numbers,- tt is this particular number that matters.

Practical applications... of the special* number...
When you're in doubt about, say, which day of the month to do something important to you, let's say, change job. Try doing it on Wednesday(3rd day of the week) or try making it happen on 3rd day of any calendar month of your choice. How about...you're wondering how many guests to invite to a party. Chose 3. Or maybe 33. Or 300. Sky is the limit...:)
Here's an example from my own life experience a few months ago: I'm looking to find a way out of Portsmouth, UK, passing cars on road, getting dark and i'm doing my best(GPS signal succesfully :)- lost) to find way home, to Somerset, UK.
When all else fails, numbers, well functioning brain,- still work!
Suddenly, car in front- I'm noticing and, hey, maybe, just maybe...its number plate saying: 12(+some letters, obviously, but letters on car number plate to me personally are secondary).
So there....I knew, instantly,- 1+2= 3*.
And 3 is my number nowadays, it's worth attention, it's literally, a success number. Apart from that, 3, numerologically also means freedom*.
'.... watch this car- thought i, best to drive where this car is driving. Same direction.'
And I did exactly that.
5-10 mins later, while following car with the magical number plates.... I suddenly saw- I'm in familiar territory now. I've recognised familiar objects along the road...I simply knew, i'm fine now. I now, from this moment on, know the way home, no GPS needed.
I have, naturally, 'detached' myself from that guide* car,..and came back home.
So that's the story. Story of how numbers can actually find you the way home.
Only, if only...we find the numbers*.
The ones, that actually matter. The ones that speak to you.
Personally.
Daily.
What's your story?
Would love to hear it one day.
Thank you :)
...and of course...
Dreams,- all shapes, colours and forms, come and go- as they please...just like, say, cats,- not exactly domesticated, however, very mysterious-ticated,.. :)
Talking to people I often hear "Oh, i had a nightmare'...but...no no, I really don't want to talk about it..."
It's understandable. Who in their right/wrong mind would want to dive back into the deep, dark, possibly fairly cold, and painful dream, into the unknown, into the not exactly enjoyable...
Yes. It can be difficult to face it.
But.
“That which you most need will be found where you least want to look” – Carl Gustav Jung
So how about... looking at it? Facing it. Revisiting it. From all possible angles, corners,
Facing the unfamiliar, the so called darkness makes one progress, make much needed changes, move forward/backwards in life easier, faster, or, let's say, more confidently.
Yes. it does. In ways- more than one.
Lucid dreaming sounds like a complicated, time consuming business to master.
One has to learn, do something differently while being asleep... for what reason? Who knows? Purely for the fun of it, possibly.
There are other, alternative ways to "play" with your dreams. While playing the "game" you'll suddenly see, experience- first hand,- amazing horizons will fly open to you. You'll eventually, step by step, realise: maybe, just maybe...my nightmare is turning into something really interesting, useful for me to hear, see, experience,- right here, right in front of you, right now...
You can make it happen Yes. Be it the worse, be it the best dream you ever experienced.
It'll all come into the light. In ways- more than one!
Here's an example.
Find a place where you're feeling comfortable and fairly relaxed, No distractions. You will need to concentrate.
On, let's say, the so called bad dream you had last night, or any time in the past.
So there...
Maybe you remember some things, subjects, objects, any environment, a smell, a sound in that dream?
Any symbols, signs, people...?
Now imagine: you, yourself are those objects, subjects, things, symbols, people, etc.
Example:
In a dream there was you, who sat on a chair, looked through window and saw a hurricane coming.
Develop conversation. Some kind of "inpersonification".
Imagine, as much as you can, the hurricane- talking as a person. Yes, It sounds 's a bit "mental", some would say :)
Chair and the window can talk just as well. Absolutely :)
Never mind what others say. It's your dream, your life and so it's you decide what you do, imagine, create.
...back to the dream...
Example:
Hurricane: "I am a bit tired of twisting around. At some point I will need to stop".
At this point you already finding out- whatever happens- hurricanes imaginary ones, real, future ones, any possible hurricanes in your or someone else's life- will eventually ease off, it will stop. Isn't that something already comforting, good to know?
Next, you, yourself, being in this dream yourself- as a person- now have a good chance to ask hurricane:
"What about stopping right now"?
Hurricane: "Oh no, I've got things to do".
You: "what exactly?"
Hurricane: "I need to make someone move!"
You: "Who exactly?"
Hurricane: You.
...and now, slowly but surely, by questioning hurricane you are finding out- there's something in your own personal life... some changes needed...
Imagine, at this point dream is over. Now you are fully awake still, back to your life. Think: is there anything that comes to your mind that needs changing? Maybe, say, change of jthe job? Place? Any changes in your relationship?
While imagining yourself being those dream parts, talking, feeling yourself as those dream particles, also make them talk to each other.
You're doing it all while being awake now. This is simplifying your task greatly.
Find positives while doing so. While analysing a bad dream.
That's essentially essential.
When you do so, you'll slowly and surely notice- at least part of the negativity in the dream will most likely dissolve, 'evaporate', will be minimised and eventually you'll be able to see the dream message you've received in a different light. It's quite enlightening, really. This way you'll realise- not all is lost, and it's not that bad as it seemed to be at first, upon waking from that particular dream...
Take as much time as you need to experience this. It's quite fun, really :) Any time of the day will do.
Personally, afternoons works best for me, half an hour or so does the job perfectly.
You'll find what's best for you.
